About Talkie.ai
Our story
Talkie.ai was created in 2018 as a spinoff of Pragmatists, a software house with over 30 international clients, acquired by Snowflake in 2021.
In July 2020, we raised our first round of funds, which helped us not only grow faster but also gave validation to our product and strategy. Another milestone on our journey was the official start of operations in the US at the beginning of 2021. That year, Talkie.ai has shifted focus to healthcare clients exclusively. We also raised our second funding  to further specialize in creating technology for healthcare industries and to expand our customer base in the United States.
In 2022, our AI voice assistants started automating first medical processes to improve patient access at hospitals and clinics. In 2023, our AI voice assistants have spoken to over 1 million patients. What’s next? We’re on a mission to build a complete portfolio of medical processes automation for the US market.
