We know that providing so much information up front can be a little inconvenient for a patient, and they might want to check if the AI got everything right.
So now, our AI agent sends patients a text with a link to an intelligent form where they can verify the information that has already been gathered during the conversation, as well as fill in additional info that’s missing on their own time, without staying on the phone.
The Talkie Forms are automatically synced with your EHR, so no information gets lost once your patients share it. This means your front desk team won’t have to collect these important data points later—and your patients won’t have to spend more time on the phone, spelling their address and dictating important dates.

A big number of patients prefers calling—but there will always be a group that would rather not have to talk via the phone. Additionally, not all conversations that started on the phone need to finish that way.
With Talkie Texting, your AI agent can now carry out full conversations via text. Everything that could be done by phone can now also be done through texting. This includes scheduling appointments, leaving messages to providers, asking questions, requesting prescription refills, etc.
Patients are able to text in multiple languages, including Spanish, and the end-to-end automation will offer a seamless experience—essentially, there will be no difference between what they can do via a phone call and a text message. It will all be up to their preferences.
Your patients will have a choice between calling your practice or texting—and if someone calls and hangs up before resolving their case, they will receive a text message from the AI agent, encouraging them to finish up via text.
On your end, there will be no difference: all of the data will still be reflected in your EHR, regardless of whether the patient talks with the AI agent on the phone, or via text.
